Our 'Thrive Leadership Program' aims to improve the mental health & wellbeing literacy of leaders. The program comprises 6 Modules that focus on all areas of the 'Mental Health & Wellbeing Continuum'.
It will provide Leaders with the skills and knowledge to identify mental health concerns within their teams and provide them with tools to drive a culture of CARE across their organisations.
As Dr Martin Seligman, father of positive psychology, says, "if you can't measure it, you can't manage it", and this is true for mental health and wellbeing.
The PERMAH Tool is based on the latest scientific research and has over 200 evidence-based, busy-proof interventions at your fingertips, allowing you to create your own personal wellbeing plan and feel more energised, confident, and happy at work.

Under the WHS Act, all organisations have a primary duty to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the (physical and psychological) 'health' and safety of all workers.
TWS will conduct a gap analysis to manage psychosocial hazards, where we conduct a desktop system review, facilitating focus groups for leaders and listening forums for work teams to identify areas of opportunities and current compliance standards.
